My name is Alex Ortiz (they/them), and I am a student at Dos Pueblos High School in the class of 2025. Technology, math, and writing have been interests of mine since I discovered NASA at five years old. Some notable classes that I have taken in these fields include AP Computer Science, Calculus, Journalism, and Engineering. Learning about engineering with the Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy has taught me valuable skills such as programming, electrical circuitry, manufacturing, and design.  Outside of school, my interests include reading, creating art, and building websites.
